How eGifting Works
Gift card incentives for employees are popular with both employers and staff, making gifts easy to give and extra fun to receive.
- To set up eGifting for your employees, please email us at implementation@bravobenefits.co.uk
- Select the Smart eGift Card of your choice or a specific retailer’s eGift card.
- Personalise the eGift card with your branding, custom graphics and a custom message.
- The employee will receive an email with your customised message and their eGift card.
- The employee can then choose to swap their Smart eGift Card to spend at the retailer of their choice or use it across multiple retailers.

Finding the right gift is hard. Life is busy, and very few of us have the capacity to spend an inordinate amount of time personalising all of our gift choices.\xA0
When you run a business or manage a team, you know and want to give credit and reward when it is due. The right gift shows the recipient that you really value not just their contribution, but them as an individual. The additional touch of personalisation can show an employee they are not just a cog in the machine, nor just a number on a spreadsheet.\xA0
Offering an eGift card that gives your team member the chance to choose from a variety of stores that are specific to their favourite leisure activity can demonstrate that they are valued by your company. The eGift allows you to personalise your gift, whilst still giving the recipient plenty of choices.
Once you have chosen the amount you wish to spend, select a retailer or leisure category. You are also able to give a free choice of over 130 retailers should you wish to do so.
Then, you are able to personalise your design. The platform allows you to add your company’s logo and select a design of your choice. You can then write a custom message, specific to your employee and their circumstances, before sending the eGift to their email address.
Employees can then access and manage their eGift cards via an App following the links on the email. They can spend all of their credit, or save some for later.
