As a CIPD‑qualified professional, I bring together strategic operational expertise and a strong understanding of people practices to help organisations deliver outstanding service while building positive, thriving workplace cultures.
In my role as Operations Director, I’m passionate about getting the detail right – from efficient processes and seamless delivery to supporting teams so they can do their best work. For me, great operations are about balancing structure and strategy with care and empathy for the people behind the service.
Outside of work, I enjoy entertaining, going to the theatre, travelling, and broadening my horizons. I also love spending time at home when I can, relaxing with a glass of wine and recharging.
