After spending most of my career working for major insurance firms in the employee benefits sector—designing and developing new products and services—I had the opportunity to launch an employee benefits platform and consultancy dedicated to supporting small and medium-sized businesses in the UK. Throughout my time with insurers, it became clear that employers in these markets were not receiving the level of support they needed from traditional intermediaries.
Bravo Benefits was created to change that. Our mission is to deliver high-quality consulting to mid-sized corporate and SME employers by combining insurance solutions with employee benefits software, reward and recognition technology, and workplace communications—all delivered through simple, affordable cloud-based tools.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, good food and wine, and getting out as often as I can.
